A yummy, quick casserole version of the original

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 1 pk frozen broccoli
  • 10 oz mushroom soup
  • 10 oz water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

preheat oven to 350. Brown chichen in olive oil, season with salt and pepper if you wish. Meanwhile in a casserole dish mix soup, water, mayo, currey, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce with a whisk until well mixed. Stir in broccoli, rice and chicken. Top with cheese and bake for 45 min.
