Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 pkg (900 g) egg noodles

Method

Poach chicken breast in saucepan until cooked. Dice chicken and add to large ovenproof casserole dish. Add can of tomato and mushroom soup (undiluted) to dish with remaining ingredients & salt & pepper to taste. Mix well, cover and bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes. In meantime bring large pasta pot filled with water to boil. Add salt and egg noodles and cook to al dente. Remove casserole from oven, add noodles and serve with parmesan cheese.
