This is an easy casserole to make which is tasty enough to serve for company. It is a great way to use up left-over chicken or turkey. My kids absolutely love it.

- 4 cups diced chickens
- 1 can chicken soup
- 2/3 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/3 cup light cream
- 1/3 cup homogenized milk
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup crushed cheese crackers
MethodCombine chicken soup (or mushroom soup/broccoli soup -- any type of cream soup you enjoy) with Miracle Whip, cream (or milk) and heat.
When hot add cheese, lemon juice and curry powder. Stir until cheese melts.
Stir in cut up chicken or turkey. Pour into a casserole dish and top with crushed cheese crackers or buttered bread crumbs or buttered crushed corn flakes.
Bake for 25 minutes in 350 F degree oven. Serve over rice or pasta.
