Chili Lime Dressing

This slightly chunky salsa-based dressing is great on hearty greens, such as torn romaine lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 4 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 small clove garlic minced

Method

In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, salsa, lime juice, chili powder and garlic. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
