Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

In bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, parsley, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and cayenne.
