Ingredients

  • 300 g milk chocolate (about 10 1/2 oz) chopped
  • 1 cup whole almond toasted
  • 1/2 cup each dried blueberries and dried cranberry or 1 cup assorted gummy candies
  • 1/4 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds

Method

In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate. Stir in almonds, blueberries, cranberries and sunflower seeds to coat.

Drop by 1 tbsp onto waxed or parchment paper–lined baking sheets; refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. (Make-ahead: Layer between waxed paper in airtight container; store for up to 1 week.)

Tip from The Test Kitchen: If you're making these for gifting, set the clusters in small paper muffin liners. This will help ensure that they're a uniform size for packing in gift boxes.
