Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 green cabbage
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1/2 sweet red pepper
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced

Method

In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt, celery seeds and pepper.

Using mandoline or sharp knife, finely slice cabbage, carrot, celery, apple and red pepper; add to dressing along with green onions and toss to coat.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.
