Citrus Soy Sauce

This sweet-salty-sour dipping sauce is particularly good with steamed crab or fresh oysters.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Japanese soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Japanese low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Japanese tamari soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

Method

In saucepan, bring soy sauce just to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and vinegar. Let cool. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.)
