In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion, carrots, garlic, thyme and oregano, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until onion is softened. Add stock, potato and broccoli; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potato is very tender. Add peas; cook for 5 minutes.
Pour half into blender, pur?until smooth. Return to saucepan. Stir in milk, salt and pepper; heat until steaming.
