Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 3 carrots grated
  • 1 cup grated radish
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Method

In large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seeds.

Add cabbage, carrots, radishes, onions and parsley. Toss to coat. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
