Creamy coleslaw is great, but it's even better with a hint of blue cheese. This fresh salad makes an ideal side for grilled meats of all kinds, especially with our Grilled Buffalo Chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup grated carrots

Method

In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; stir in blue cheese.

Add cabbage, celery and carrot; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
