Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 green finger pepper seeded
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

In food processor, purée together coriander leaves, water, finger pepper,  lemon juice and salt until smooth. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 4 hours.)
