Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup couscous

Method

In saucepan, bring water and salt to boil; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
