Curry Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup curry soup mix

Method

In large stockpot, bring chicken or vegetable stock and water to boil. Add Curry Soup Mix stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
