A hit every time. My family are very picky eaters, but (they) love this recipe. It's very quick, creamy and served chilled, no baking required.
I made two large glass pans and brought it to a family reunion and there was nothing left over. People were asking me for the recipe.

Mix graham crumbs, peanuts and melted margarine in a 9x13" glass or tin pan and flatten; set aside.In bowl, mix cream cheese (works better if cream cheese is left at room temp for about an hour or two), peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and milk.
Mix with spoon or beater on low till well mixed.
Fold in Cool Whip and mix well.
Place mixture on top of graham crumb crust. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, and put in fridge to keep cool, or freeze if you like. Enjoy!
