Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche ice cream or caramel-flavoured ice cream
  • 1/2 bar (39 g bar) chocolate toffee (such as Skor), coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup freshly brewed hot espresso

Method

Divide ice cream between 2 small bowls or demitasse cups. Sprinkle with chocolate toffee bits; pour espresso over top.
