Easy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

He's no good for pies, but there's plenty of good eating to be had from Jack. Make roasted pumpkin seeds a part of your Halloween rituals with this roasted pumpkin seed recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin seed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt

Method

Separate seeds from pulp but do not rinse. Toss seeds with vegetable oil and salt. Spread on baking sheet; roast in 250°F (120°C) oven for about 1 hour or until dry.
