  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 potatoes
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup mushroom
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in large frying pan. Peel and slice potatoes, chop onions and slice mushrooms and fry in butter until golden brown.

Place potatoes, onions and mushrooms in greased 9x13 dish. Crumble cooked bacon over potatoes. Combine eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cheeses in a medium bowl and stir under blended. Pour over bacon and potatoes. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until set.
