Serve it with a dill pickle & ketchup on the side,a tall glass of chocolate milk.

  • 1 piece bologna
  • 1 slice processed cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • margarine
  • butter


Fry the bologna till desired crispiness,when done put aside. Butter one side of both pieces of bread. Heat frying pan on medium heat,put one piece of bread in pan with buttered side facing down in pan. Next put piece of cheese on bread, then the piece of bologna,then the last piece of bread (butter side up). Fry till golden brown or longer if you like it darker. Cut into 4 triangular pieces,put ketchup on plate and also a dill pickle is really good with it, Yummo!!! This is my daughters all-time favorite lunch.
