- Portion size 3 servings
- 3 cups cold strong continental-roast coffee
- 2/3 cups light cream
- 2/3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar syrup recipe
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon chocolate shaved
Combine coffee, cream and Sugar Syrup; pour over ice cubes in 3 tall glasses. Stir well and top each glass with 1/3 of the whipped cream and chocolate.
