These morsels are the perfect bite-size sweets to end a meal, dress up a cookie platter or package in a gift box. Make all three varieties to create a dramatic presentation.

Ingredients

  • 3 bars milk chocolate tempered
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanut
  • 1/2 cup raisin

Method

In bowl, stir together chocolate, peanuts and raisins. Drop by 1 tbsp (15 mL), about 1 inch (2.5 cm) apart, onto parchment– or waxed paper–lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
