Garlic Chicken Breasts

A simple marinade provides plenty of flavour; the peppers add colour.

Ingredients

  • 10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 sweet red pepper cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper cored and thinly sliced

Method

Place chicken in large shallow dish. In small bowl, whisk together garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and pepper; pour over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or for up to 24 hours.

Discarding marinade, transfer chicken to greased grill or grill pan over medium-high heat; close lid and cook for 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Arrange on platter; top with pepper slices.
