- Portion size 4 servings
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 4 oval panini rolls
In bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley and dried oregano,set aside.
Cut panini rolls in half horizontally; spread 1/2 tsp (2 mL) of the butter mixture onto each cut side. Close rolls and wrap in foil; bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 15 minutes or until butter is melted.
