Using a tortilla shell makes it a "thin crust" type pizza. Ingredients are "to taste" but I listed my own preferences. This is my "Friday evening in front of the TV dish", goes great with a pale ale beer. Great for anyone who loves garlic and cheese.

Using a fork, poke tortilla shell many times to prevent swelling during baking. Spread garlic over surface of tortilla shell. Spread cheese over tortilla shell. Place directly on wire rack of toasted oven and bake at 300 degrees until edges get dark and cheese bubbles. About 10 min. Slice into 4,6,or 8 pieces. For additional versions I also add 3 chopped anchovies and smoked paprika.
