Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb haddock
  • 1 1/2 lb cod fillet
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • lemon wedges

Method

In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; fry haddock, turning once, until golden and fish flakes easily when tested, about 6 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over top.
