- 32 seedless green grape
- 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecan
- 1 cup finely chopped toasted walnut
MethodMake Cheese Ball Base; refrigerate until firm yet pliable, about 30 minutes. Scoop by about 1 tbsp (15 mL) and insert seedless grape; mould cheese around grape to enclose.
Roll in pecans or walnuts to coat. Cover and refrigerate on waxed paper–lined tray until firm, about 2 hours.
