Green Beans with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green bean trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons slivered sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Method

In saucepan of boiling salted water, cover and cook beans until tender-crisp, 7 minutes. Drain and toss with tomatoes, oil and oregano.
