This is something that I just decided to try one day when I wanted something quick to make that was different from anything I had eaten before. It turned out delicious!

white or whole grain
Canadian mozzarella cheese
Lightly butter the slices of bread and brown on one side. Place tomato slices over the brown surface and add the Canadian Mozzarella cheese and the ham slices. Place the other slice of bread, brown side down on the ingredients. Now brown the outer sides of the sandwich. When the sandwich is golden brown, remove from heat. Let stand for 1 minute to firm up a bit, then cut and place on a plate. This makes a delicious healthy meal.
