Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 pork loin chops (bone-in)

Method

In bowl, mix together vegetable oil, ginger, sesame oil, garlic, green onions, salt and pepper; rub all over chops.

Place on greased grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook, turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes or until juices run clear when pork is pierced and just a hint of pink remains inside.

Serve with: Broccoli Carrot Packet
