Grilled Pitas

Ingredients

  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Method

Brush pita breads evenly with oil; sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until crisp and golden, about 4 minutes. Cut into wedges.
