I love anything with a cream sauce, and I had to find something to do with left over ham and asaparagus.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In medium saucepan cook potatoes, covered, in small amount of lightly salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes, just until tender. Drain and set aside 2. For sauce, in same saucepan combine cream cheese, milk, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, and pepper. Heat and whisk until smooth and cheese is melted. Remove from heat and stir in terragon 3. Layer potatoes, ham, asparagus, and sauce in a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle remaining parmesan. Bake for another 10-12 mintues. Let stand for 5 minutes. Top with terragon and black pepper (optional.
