Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes defrosted
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup corn flakes crushed

Method

Combine all ingredients, except cornflakes. Place in casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
