Hashbrown Casserole

  • 1 kg frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or any other creamed soup
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded


Combine all in 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle additional cheese on top.

Bake at 350F for 45 min.

Variations: add chopped ham/turkey/chicken or add vegetables such as peas, celery or waterchestnuts. Bake with crumb topping (mix breadcrumbs with melted butter) or with onion rings.
