- 1/2 cup hazelnut chocolate spread
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cups whipping cream
- 12 hazelnuts (optional), halved
MethodIn heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate spread with 3 tbsp (45 mL) water until smooth; stir in butter. Keep warm.
In separate bowl, whip cream; fold one-third into chocolate mixture. Fold in remaining cream. Divide among four 1-cup (250 mL) serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with hazelnuts (if using).
