Herb Goat Cheese Log

Simply rolling goat cheese in fresh herbs or other flavour combinations makes an easy, pretty hors d'oeuvre. Crumbled leftovers make a salad seem extra special. Trim the log ends for a clean appearance.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as chives, dill, thyme, rosemary and/or parsley)
  • 1 (4 oz/125 g) log soft goat cheese

Method

Spread herbs on plate; roll goat cheese in herbs to lightly cover. Wrap with plastic wrap. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
