- 1/2 kg fresh green bean
- 1/2 kg frozen green beans
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 3/4 cups dried bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon veggie pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
MethodSteam beans to prepare for mix.
Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dried basil, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, veggie pepper and thyme in a bowl.
Once mixed, add the cooking oil to the bread crumb mixture, mix well.
Combine green beans into mixture once they are tender.
Put the beans into an oven safe bowl and cover with extra parmesan and bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden crispy.
