Was in a hurry one day - my children loved mac and Cheese - so I thought why don't I throw together something easy. They loved it and we now make this often. It is fast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package whole wheat macaroni dry
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

Boil Macaroni in water and salt for 8 - 10 minutes. Drain macorni and add into a microwavable bowl with macaroni the shredded cheese, milk and mushroom soup. Stir to mix well and place in microwave for 5 minutes on high then stir again. Put back in Microwave another 5 minutes to make sure cheese is all melted. Serve hot.
