The classic accompaniment to those summer backyard BBQ feasts. This recipe makes a great base for adding your own personal flair.

- 300 g elbow macaroni uncooked
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 dashes hot sauce optional
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup medium Cheddar cheese cubed
- 2 cups cooked ham cubed
- 3 stalks celery diced
MethodCook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Set aside.
In a large bowl, thoroughly combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, hot sauce (if using), and salt. Stir in ham, cheese, macaroni, and celery until well coated.
Cover and chill.
