Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

This recipe makes enough for 4 servings, or 6 cups (1.5 L) torn lettuce and sliced vegetables, but you can double or triple the ingredients and make enough for a couple days. Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons vegetabIe oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey
  • 1 small clove of garlic minced
  • pinch salt and pepper

Method

In bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
