Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Balkan-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • pinch salt

Method

In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds, mustard, paprika and salt until smooth. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
