Serve this piquant applesauce with cold roast beef, roast pork, sausages, smoked chops or roast goose.
- Portion size 325 servings
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (see below)
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt freshly ground pepper and nutmeg
Combine all ingredients, cover and chill 30 minutes to blend flavours.
