Horseradish Applesauce

Serve this piquant applesauce with cold roast beef, roast pork, sausages, smoked chops or roast goose.

  • Portion size 325 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (see below)
  • 1/4 cup horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt freshly ground pepper and nutmeg

Method

Combine all ingredients, cover and chill 30 minutes to blend flavours.
