I always serve this dish at parties and family get togethers. Everyone loves it and can't get enough. To serve it I transfer it into a nice serving bowl from the baking pan. Don't worry it won't last long enough to cool down!

  • 1 can artichoke
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 box crackers


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grate all cheese and set aside. Drain articokes and roughly chop. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix. In a glass or ceramic 9x9 baking dish press all of mixture in. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Scoop into nice dish for service. I like to serve this with vegetable thin crackers but you can choose your favourites.
