This cheese dip is best enjoyed with crackers or sliced baguette. A simple but delicious recipe.

  • 1 brick (454 g) old white Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 onion


Dice onion and add to Mayonaisse. Grate White Cheddar and melt in microwave. Check to see if cheese mixture is melting every 5 minutes. When melted serve with assorted crackers or baguette. Simple yet Delicious!
