- 2 lbs frozen lean ground beef
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
MethodIn a large saucepan, put frozen ground beef and add all ingredients in order above.
Cook on medium, breaking away thawed meat until it is completely thawed.
Turn down heat to low, to simmer at least 4 hours. Stir often.
Serve over spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. You can add chopped or sliced mushrooms, celery, peppers or whatever you wish.
