This is an orange and banana variation of Vicki's jellied fruit salad. Vicki goes to Uptergrove Public School, and this recipe came from the Orillia & Area Nutrition Network.

- 2 pkg orange jelly powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 bananas sliced
Pour jelly powder into bowl; add boiling water. Stir until powder is dissolved. Add orange juice and bananas; stir.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
