Method

In glass bowl, combine yellow and brown mustard seeds and beer; let seeds soak overnight.

Stir in dry mustard and turmeric; let stand for 20 minutes. Pour into food processor. Add vinegar, sugar and salt ; whirl until smooth with some seeds remaining. Pour into 2-cup (500 mL) airtight jar. Seal and refrigerate for 4 days before serving. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks)
