  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil


Heat water in a saucepan, add SPLENDA® Granulated. Once sugar has melted, remove from heat and allow to cool.

Add lemon juice, zest and basil to cooled water.

Pour mixture, preferably in a stainless steel container, and place in freezer.

After 30 min, mixture will start to form crystals. Stir with fork and repeat operation until liquid has completely crystallized.
