- 6 bags lemon herbal tea
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 piece (2 inches/5 cm) fresh ginger sliced
MethodIn large heatproof measure or bowl, steep tea in 8 cups boiling water for 4 minutes. Discard bags.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, bring 1 cup water, sugar and ginger to boil. Reduce heat to medium-
low; simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavours. Add to tea; let cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours.
Strain into pitcher; serve over ice.
