Slice open chicken Breasts and gradually add all meat and cheese into center...close with skewers--BBQ for 15 mins at 400 F--or Convection Roast/Bake for 25 mins at 450 F Prepare noodles al denta and add Bok Choy in at the last 3 mins of noodle cooking in boiling water. Spinach prepared as a Salad-Balsamic Dressing
