Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

In jar, shake together vegetable oil, lemon rind, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper. (Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.)
